Your Online Security
One of our highest priorities for Online Account Services is to ensure
your privacy and peace of mind by employing some of the most advanced
online security measures in the industry.
Once you enroll in AASEC Online Membership Account, you will be able
to use your email address(s) as a self-selected username and password
that serves as our first line of defense.
Whenever we ask you to send confidential information over the Internet,
we require that a "secure session" using Secured Socket
Layer (SSL) be established. SSL is a software-based security protocol
that encodes data before it is transmitted over the Internet. The
use of SSL requires that you have a browser that is SSL compatible.
At a minimum, we require the use of a browser equipped with 128-bit
encryption to ensure the privacy of your information and recommend
the use of Netscape™ Navigator 8.08 or later, and Microsoft® Explorer
7.01 or later, Mozilla Firefox 2.0.3 or later, AOL 9.0 or later, and
Safari 5.2 or later (MAC OS users). You can upgrade your browser by
visiting the following websites:

An icon, such as a lock or key, will be displayed
in the corner of your browser's window to let you know that your browser's
encryption is active.
In addition, we have extensive and sophisticated security measures
in place to protect our servers, databases, and communication lines.
Our systems are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure
their continued integrity.
We engage in regular internal and external reviews of our website
processes/updates, security procedures, and technologies. We also
must meet the standards established by regulatory agencies that perform
periodic examinations. This attention to security helps ensure the
safety of your account information.
The best security measures are those that support your privacy without
hindering your access to account information. You can rest assured
that your account information is safe.
You can also ensure the security of your information by following
these steps:
• Never reveal your username and password to anyone.
• Change your password frequently using the "Forgot Password"
function.
• Always select passwords that cannot be easily guessed.
• Always sign out before walking away from your computer.
• Always sign out before accessing other websites.

information collection activities for this website at any time by
