PROJECT: ReThink Disposable Greenhouse Gas Calculator
A. Statement of Purpose. Clean Water Fund (CWF), a non-profit environmental education organization, is seeking a consultant to assist the ReThink Disposable program with developing a greenhouse gas emissions calculator for specific items of foodware packaging. A calculator will be developed such that one can compare the greenhouse gas emissions associated with specific disposable food packaging products (e.g., plates, clamshells, straws, cups, utensils) and compare them to re-usable alternatives.
